The Villa
Villa Whalebay is comfortably and modern furnished with state-of-the-art amenities to make your stay memorable. A solar system with high capacity backup batteries ensures electricity at all times. Fibre optic internet connection and WiFi enable a comfortable workstation. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee and look over the scenery as if it had just been created. The Villa is designed for a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. It is on one level without stairs. Children from 12 years and older are welcome.
Living Areas
All rooms are 3 meters high and have floor-to-ceiling windows. The large, bright living room with a dining area and the open-plan kitchen has breathtaking sea views. The dining area has 2 large sliding windows that can be fully opened, extending 6 meters onto the terrace. In the living room, recessed electric shutters provide protection against sunlight if required. A large brick gas fireplace provides warmth on cold days. A large industrial glass-sliding door that is completely retractable into the wall separates the spacious foyer from the living room and gives it a loft-like, stunning touch. A built-in TV with a soundbar, fiber internet connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth audio, the fully equipped kitchen with a state of the art coffee machine, the scullery with a large fridge-freezer combination and ice-cube maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer ensure all amenities.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with a king bed, 3m high wall cabinets, electric roller shutters, and a terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea and the cliffs. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a freestanding tub, a towel heater, and double vanities. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, electric roller shutters, and a beautiful wide view of the fynbos and the sea. Four narrow floor-to-ceiling vertical windows and a designer wallpaper give bedroom 2 a modern, contemporary look. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a view over the sea and fynbos, floor-to-ceiling windows with exterior shutters, double vanities, and a towel heater.
Outside Spaces
In the garden, a large boma with spectacular views invites you to unforgettable barbecues. There is an enclosed courtyard and a garage with entrance to the scullery. The villa also has automatic entrance and garage gates and an alarm system with 24/7 direct response for your peace of mind.
